Declet Designs Moxie Makeover Course Affiliate Program: Official Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

• Platform: SureCart Affiliate System
• Commission Rate: 20% of course sale price
• Payment Method: Through SureCart’s affiliate portal
• Minimum Payout Threshold: $100
• Payment Frequency: As processed through SureCart

2. Affiliate Eligibility

To participate in this program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Complete the full registration process in our SureCart affiliate portal
• Verify your email address
• Operate a business or platform consistent with our brand values
• Not be a current employee or contractor of Declet Designs

3. Tracking & Commissions

• Unique affiliate links will be provided upon approval
• Tracking uses SureCart’s tracking system
  • 30-day cookie duration
  • Last-click attribution model
• Fraudulent traffic or suspicious activity may result in immediate account termination
• We reserve the right to verify and validate all sales

4. Commission Details

• Commissions apply to initial course purchase
• Subscription commissions: Not applicable for this course
• Lifetime commissions: Not applicable
• Refunds and chargebacks will result in commission adjustment

5. Prohibited Promotional Practices

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:

• Using our copyrighted materials without express permission
• Making false or misleading claims about the Moxie Makeover Course
• Engaging in spam or unsolicited marketing
• Using paid advertising that directly competes with our own marketing
• Creating content that could be considered defamatory or harmful
• Attempting to manipulate the tracking system

6. Affiliate Portal

• Affiliates can access their portal at: https://courtney-vickery.surecart.com/affiliates
• Tracking of clicks, referrals, and commissions available in the portal
• Responsible for maintaining accurate payout information

7. Payouts

• Payouts processed through SureCart’s payment system
• Minimum payout threshold: $50
• Affiliates responsible for providing accurate payout email and confirming it works
• Tax implications are the sole responsibility of the affiliate

8. Intellectual Property

• All course materials remain the exclusive property of Declet Designs
• Affiliates may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from course content
• Limited use of marketing materials is permitted with express written consent

9. Program Modification & Termination

• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time
• Changes will be communicated via email to registered affiliates
• Termination may occur for violation of these terms or at our sole discretion

10. Liability Limitation

• Declet Designs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the commissions earned by the affiliate

11. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration
• Governing law shall be the laws of the state of Georgia

12. Indemnification

Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless Declet Designs from any claims arising from their promotional activities.

13. Acceptance Acknowledgment

By applying to the Declet Designs Affiliate Program through the SureCart platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
